We have flown maybe 30 times with a infant child and never had an issue we would always book the window and the aisle and the airline would let us put the infant with his carseat in the middle seat although we didn't pay for it. Not on Jet blue a gate agent janet was either anti-sametic or just in a bad mood but she not only didn't let us put the car seat in she was so convinced she told the flight crew not to allow it and then followed us on the plan just to make sure we didn't put it in the seat and then take it away. Well if the grinch wants a pissed off baby on a flight. Also btw if you are flying during covid then forget all food as these cheap ass holes comply stopped all food items inflight

Robbed of that effort without excuse we must leave our child earlier than expected. Jet Blue has cancelled without excuse our Sept 7 JFK - New Orleans flight. We must fly on Sept 6, not fulling our child's needs or Sept 10 with all expenses being to our own account. I spoke to 2 managers verbally recorded and was told they will do nothing.

JetBlue totally sucks, I just spoke to Angela crew number 26534. I paid $1800 for first class tickets for 2 people one way Fort Meyers to San Francisco two days ago. Today I went to my doctor and found out I have to have major surgery immediately thus I am not able to travel in 8 days. I called and spoke to 2 supervisors at JetBlue requesting my account be credited back to my credit card. They would not refund me on my credit card and only gave me a credit on my True Blue account which I will need to use at a later date. This is outrageous! I fly Jet Blue all the time coast to coast. Never again! They lost a good customer forever! Yup they SUCK. Buyer be aware.

Don’t even try to get in touch with them for a Jet Blue ticket operated by a partner airline like cape air. 80 minute wait times if you call their number and NO CALL BACK OPTION! Even the tiniest airlines all have call back options. So you sit on the phone for an hour and a half. I booked a Jet blue flight recently over Delta to save $50. After they canceled it and I spent 5 hours trying to fix it I have made the equivalent of $10/ hour. I’m an attorney and could have been billing these hours I’ve spent on the phone. The way they treat their customers is disgusting. I hope this airline goes out of business. They are horrendous. I will never make the mistake of booking with them ever ever ever again

I cannot believe they would not provide a refund during this time period. Do what's right for your stakeholders -- just like most other airlines. I chose to pay more for a very specific trip to fly with JetBlue and cannot imagine being able to use the "credit" that they gave me for a future flight as there's only a couple of direct routes out of Seattle.

I will never fly with JetBlue again for this reason and will seek to pay more (or less) to do so. I hope you bleed money during this pandemic and are forced to be bought up by a more respectable, responsible airline. Crash and burn.

Today JetBlue changed by flight schedule by 11+ hours. Normally a significant schedule change affords one to receive a refund on their "non refundable" ticket. JetBlue via chat claims that an act of god has caused schedule changes . During my phone conversation with a Supervisior she stated that JetBlue has the right to change unilaterally their contract of carriage becuse they have limited flights due to governments edicts which is whay they changed their schedule and whay they are only providing travel credits and not refunds. This is contrary to USDOT policy stating that a significant schedule change entitles one to a full refund even on a non-refundable ticket.

They said it was not their problem and TSA Pre is to blame. I was instructed to speak to a TSA supervisor. Almost an hour later we just decided to do through the regular line as a family of 2 and a baby. Once at the gate for final boarding they tried to put us in 2 different rows in middle seats when we had booked 2 seats together isle and middle. The lady did absolutely nothing to help us and said if we wanted to pay a fee we could leave 4 hours later on the next flight! Useless.
On the way home we caught a brand new JB Airbus that had all the comforts but TVs did not work the entire flight. I'm really starting to get fed up with this airline!

Tried to get on an earlier flight. Did everything right. Got the error. Tried to cancel a flight in the future. Did everything right. Got the error.

Same problem on the APP. Same on FF, MS Edge and Chrome. Tried from the airport wifi, home wifi and phone wifi. ipAD tried. IPHONE tried. Laptop tried.

How the heck can you be in business with a non-funtioning website?????

We boarded, pulled away from the gate, went through de-icing, then went back to the gate and deplaned TWICE. The first time they said that it took so long to pull away from the gate and get de-iced that we "are now below the minimum fuel level for take-off to Burbank.", then while refueling, we were told the crew had "timed-out" and we had to have a fresh crew. The second crew took so long to get the plane going and get through de-icing that they ALSO "timed-out" and we had to go back to the gate AGAIN. Who the hell is running Jetblue Flight Ops in Boston?? Whoever that is, I have message for you: f%@k YOU.

I find that the JetBlue kiosk is only staffed 4am-10am and 3pm-10pm meaning I have to wait 4hr before I can drop my bags and go through security. This is not the information on their site, which _FALSELY_ claims they're open all day. When the agent finally arrived, I asked him how someone was supposed to know the _actual_ hours if not for the sign on the desk at the airport (which by then, you're already screwed). He basically shrugged and said "well I dunno what to tell you".

In coming flight was An Intl flight had to be towed from one terminal to 5 then we had to wait on a fresh crew. Poor planning and scheduling in my opinion !! Big airlines dont have these issues!!

I purchased a flight a couple of weeks ago and the time changed to 49 minutes later. Might sound weird but it does really present a problem for me. Tried to see if I could just get a credit to use at another time without a cancellation penalty as I do have to book with a different airline now. Customer service rep. was very uncaring and quite rude. Wasn't thrilled with them saying that I would be charged the penalty, but really bothered by the reps attitude. When I tried to explain that I was close to the 60 minutes to see if I could get an exception, she said they have a rule of 60 minutes and that is it. Then went on to talk about I would call even it if was one minute to try to get out of the charge. I was annoyed and told her that I couldn't believe her attitude which she then wished me a good flight and hung up on me. JetBlue you used to be better than this.

And now instead of just giving me a .pdf of the boarding pass like a normal airline I have the choice to A) Print it and need to go through a bunch of hassle trying to turn it into a .pdf so I can get my phone scanned or B) Download their awful trash bullshit app! When as always his response was that there is nothing they can do about delays, or substandard communications about delays, I told him that jetblie became a third world service where you do not know when or if you will flight out on the day you needed and that the JetBlue is treating its customers like a cattle... I got removed from a flight!!! I will add that whole bunch of other customers stood up with their stories of horror while flying with JetBlue, so I guess since I was first who dared to stand up for our dignity got hit. Complaining to JetBlue headquarters made no difference, so if you find your experience similar, so what I did. I will never fly with JetBlue again and I will for the rest of my life warn travelers about it

First, you people who are defending this horror of an airline should think about the web page you decided to visit. You are the ones with no life. I’m sitting here WHILE ON ONE OF THIS AIRLINE’S NIGHTMARE FLIGHTS. This site is for legitimate gripes about an airline that has no respect for passengers.

I want every reader to understand that I fly A GREAT DEAL - Well over an average of 75,000 miles per year. I’ve given JetBlue at least 50,000 miles worth of chances, and JetBlue has made me regret every one of those trip miles. I do not - I REPEAT I DO NOT - experience the same examples of POOR SERVICE when flying on other airlines.

Let me start with today’s debacle. The ground staff/service reps working the gates are not equipped with the most current information from the airline. The customers in the boarding area learn about changes via their phones long before those poor souls have any idea what’s going on. While the gate agent is explaining that the flight will depart from the gate as scheduled, you could already see online that the gate had shifted.

Those building the schedules and responding to unexpected changes must take very long lunches. Sitting at the gate well after the posted boarding time and having the screen read “On Time” is nothing more than ludicrous. Just be on top of things - communicate what’s going on.

I cannot think of one JetBlue flight that I’ve taken that has departed on time. Maybe it’s just my bad luck, but it’s curious that I don’t have the same bad luck when I fly other carriers.

When boarding today’s flight, the inept Flight Attendants stopped boarding while they tried to resolve a dispute on seats. Yes, JetBlue’s Cracker Jack system issued the same seat (as proven by documents) to two people. Instead of trying to take the discussion into the galley so the flight could board, they blocked the entire entry while they argued with these people and made excuses that they were not “working the flight.” They took no accountability for the problem, and they had absolutely no common sense on how to handle it without further delaying boarding of an already delayed flight.

The absolute worst experience that I had was in April. Admittedly, there was weather all along the Eastern Seaboard. I fully expected our flight would be delayed - if not cancelled. It became clear, as the night wore on, that our 7 pm departure was a fantasy. JetBlue’s handling of this situation was nothing short of diabolical. First, our gate was changed 3 times. That’s no easy task at the Atlanta airport where they were shuffling us long distances between gates.

Now, we finally get to a gate and our “plane” arrives and deplanes. The crew had been waiting, and they were clearly upset that the flight was still going. They boarded begrudgingly. The gate agent told us we were ready to board, but suddenly and after we were queued up, there was “paperwork” that the pilot needed to finish up. We sat being constantly reassured that the “paperwork” was being finished. As the sinking feeling in my gut predicted, on came an announcement near MIDNIGHT that the crew had timed out after boarding. This crew INTENTIONALLY delayed boarding and made us all wait for them so that they could time out and go home. Just not forgivable.

Next, far more than 100 people were standing there with nowhere to go, and JetBlue said “no one is going to help you here.” They told everyone to go call into JetBlue by phone for rebooking options - which would likely be on MONDAY OR TUESDAY (it was Friday night).

Now, all I wanted was a refund because my group decided that we needed to drive home to Boston from Atlanta instead of waiting for JetBlue to get around to rebooking us. We waited on the phone for more than an hour to get a small refund and no apology. In addition, the phone agent was apathetic at best.

Recently, when trying to book tickets for my family to join me on the trip that I’m currently on, the website timed me out and required me to start over FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES. This is also a consistent problem with JetBlue. This is a very poor site.

I will gladly take a 2 stop connection before I will buy another flight on JetBlue. I would encourage anyone accessing this site and reading these reviews to take this warning and avoid JetBlue.

Just take a Delta flight and you will see the plane sitting at the gate empty, 40 or so minutes before boarding. jetBlue seems to habitually schedule flights so that the outgoing flight is supposed to depart 15-25 minutes after the incoming flight is due to arrive and this is simply impossible. It takes about 15 minutes from gating to empty, 5-15 minutes to service and a good 20-30 minutes to board (depending on plane size, number of hassle boarders such as small children, car seats and just plain rookies that block the aisles). Sadly, the flight attendants do not appear to be trained in clearing the aisles and moving people quickly through the boarding process.

I am a loyal jetblue customer, Mosaic, based in Boston. I fly them all of the time. Their planes are consistently comfortable and you know what you are getting. There is more legroom and less narrow seating and confusion about which seat is which way. If you are Mosaic, you are treated very well and have incredible flexibility.

They are over extended in Boston and this is partly Boston's fault (it is a terrible airport) and partly jetBlue's Boston ground ops fault. This is one of the reasons for the hassles and delays in and out of Boston (JFK is probably not much better).

Now the true blue about their website. It is the worst website, not just of an airline, but of any large and respectable company. I use the websites for AA, United and Delta often (even though I fly jetBlue the most) and simply don't have issues. The jetblue website has huge problems logging in, giving you a message that their servers are wonky. Today I couldn't get past the pay for my flight page, and it occasionally takes extra minutes for the box asking if you want extra insurance to load, slowing down the whole process. Moving from one activity to another, jetBlue.com fails to stay logged in, so you have to book a flight, RELOGIN, and then do your next thing. Even if you navigate with their buttons (go back to jetblue.com) you are logged out 90% of the time. I use more than one computer and more than one browser and the issues are jetblue.com not me. Their APP does work pretty well, but not everyone lives on their phone (and some of us hate Apple products). Just visit AA.com or Delta.com and they simply WORK. Nothing complicated.

Past two and a half weeks I traveled 4 flights between RIC and BOS on JetBlue. 100% of flights were delayed 40 minutes or more (only 1 was 40 minutes) the other three had multiple delays some even reported the delay after the actual time had passed and one delayed until it canceled.

I accept and understand delays when appropriate but this airline views them as status quo and is completely incapable of accurate, proactive and empathetic communication.

Expect hate agents to describe the problem was if it was another airline or company’s problem and not JetBlue who they work for and represent as the face to the customer.

NPS score = 5
Only because I eventually get my ticket obligation filled and I’m not flying with chickens in a cargo plane that they offer seats.

On return flight Orlando to Stewart flight schefuled for 1:44,pm. It was rescheduled 4 times and the cancelled.

Had to re-book to Newark and get ride to Stewart.

Got home 9 hours later than scheduled.

Jetblue is so bad they make NewJersey transit look good.

Sad they were once great.

Enjoy the houry updates that were sent until a agent came over and told everyone to re-book
to another airport.

Worst freaking airline. Beginning to end. No acknowledgement, no help. First they delay my son's first leg LAX-Boston to connect to Iceland. Flight is 2 1/2 hours on the runway, my son misses his connection - they tell him his bag is on its way to Iceland without him. After several hours, I'm able to get him on a flight the next night, first to Newark, then connect to Iceland. No hotel, no reimbursement even for a meal, so he sleeps in the airport, next day they say his bag did not actually go to Iceland, but will be on the flight with him from Newark to Iceland. Flight to Newark, delayed, but he makes his connection, gets to Iceland, no bag. Somehow, in the 20+ hours, it missed a connection from Boston to Newark to Iceland, though they won't tell you or take responsibility ("yeah, that's Icelandair's issue." - Uh, NO, actually, it's JetBlue's issue because they never put the bag on the Newark flight. So now, he's stuck in Reykavic, Iceland with no bag, no clothes, missed his tour there, and he's off to Dublin, hoping he'll get his bag. Still, JetBlue....? Hello? Hello, are you there? Nothing. Zip. Icelandair has been a champ, trying to compensate for JetBlue's total incompetence. Never, ever, ever, ever fly this steel trap again.

I am writing this @ BUR at 1AM waiting for my wife. Her departure from BOS was delayed by 3 hours due to crew scheduling issues. Then they had to land in Vegas to refuel. This is 2019 no one lands to refuel going cross country unless they miscalculated the fuel requirements.

Jet Blue wants routes to London. How can they manage that when they can’t figure out how much fuel it takes to go cross country

After receiving the flight ticket two weeks ago, we go to check the flight status, which is for tomorrow, and we realize that our trip is cancelled. However, the flight is on schedule for tomorrow. What happen is that Jetblue cancelled my payment for the ticket, they made a refund of the payment (they took 2 USD for them...), and they did not send any communication (email, message...) informing about this cancellation. NOTHING. They say that it is our email server (Gmail....), because they insist in that they sent the automatic email. Therefore, we have had to spend 200USD more in purchasing a new flight ticket for tomorrow (of course, not with JET SHIT BLUE). We have send a complaint to the Department of Transport.

You can't do better than this? If they weren't one of the only airlines with the flight I regularly need, I would NEVER use them. It's 2019--no large company should have such a pathetic website.
Also, last time I flew I asked for an aisle seat (and paid the extra money for the extra space--I believe it was 50 bucks) and it was a middle seat (after I was assured at their counter upon departure that it was an aisle). So I paid extra money to be crammed in between an obese woman and a large dude. Awesome. "Even more space"? Yeah, not so much--maybe in front of you but the people next to you are as close as ever.
Lastly, enough with the constant hawking of shit up and down the aisles continuously. And have fun trying to find anything half decent to watch on your TV.

Flight from Buffalo to Orlando was delayed for an hour, no reason given. Our return flight from Orlando to Buffalo was canceled due to “mechanical issues”. We were booked on another flight with a 2 hour layover so instead of our nonstop 2 1/2 hour flight arriving in Buffalo at 4:45 pm, we took a 2 3/4 hour flight to Boston, now a 2 hour layover and then a 1 1/2 hour flight to Buffalo with an arrival time of 12:15!!!! That’s over 7 hours later than we should have arrived!!! I see delays and cancellations all over the arrival/ departure board!!!! What the heck is going on JetBlue???? U are an awful airline with little to none customer support. I would not recommend this airline to anyone!!! I don’t feel safe flying with them and u can’t trust them with your vacation plans. Go to southwest or frontier!! Stay away from JetBlue!!!

Very disappointed with the service during my flight from SFO to FLL. I bought tickets at JetBlue Mint, which is their first class service and from 15 minutes before the departure of the flight and up to an hour later, the satellite television service did not work; the flight attendants did not notice the inconveniences of satellite service but until 15 minutes after the departure of the flight and 1 hour later they did not solve the problem.

In addition, one hour after the departure of the flight, we had not received any drink, not even water and the food was also delayed.

The JetBlue Mint tickets have a high rate compared to normal tickets and for this reason the service should be adapted to the expectations of the users.

Contrary to what I thought, JetBlue Mint did not offer me a pleasant experience on my flight of 5 hours and a half duration. Services as entertainment tv, food amd drink are incredibly important in a first class section of an airline.

I have been a Mosaic flyer for better than 5 years and typically happy with their service and on time flights. But from DAY ONE their website has been and remains terrible. I don’t know how it can be so hard to get something so basic down but despite probably three complete redos in these five years the site remains problematic, hard to navigate and certain functions are down all too often. Jet blue sucks! My daugher and her friend (both 17) were booked on a flight from Burlington VT to JFK today. Flight was scheduled to depart at 9:13am. She arrived at the airport at 7:15am this morning. The flight finally took off at almost 3:30pm - almost 6 hours late. She had asked to be re-booked with Jetblue and was told that was not possible. She also inquired about re-booking with another carrier, but was not provided assistance in doing so. I just called customer service and their response was simply to sit in silence and say nothing - indicating that we would get a response "if compensation was due" within 7 days of the flight. What a total joke. JET BLUE SUCKS

Buffalo to Ft. Lauderdale... supposed to leave at 7:53am... we board around 7:30am at one gate. We wait at the gate... 2 hours or more, later, we taxi to another gate and wait... and then everybody...

We sit and wait at the Buffalo airport a couple hours... eventually that flight is cancelled; we bother our friend, who got up at 5am to take us to the airport, to come back to pick us up and take us home, in a typically terrible Buffalo winter snow storm of a day...

Next day, we're supposed to leave at 7:53am. Jet Blue tells us the flight should leave at 10am. We get on board about 9:20am... and wait and wait and wait. About 1pm we start the de-icing process... the plane takes off after 2pm for Florida... basically, I sat waiting on that plane for 4 hours plus, and then the flight to Florida was about 3 hours, so 7 hours sitting in the seat on that plane. Ugh.

Coming home to Buffalo, from Fort Lauderdale, 2 weeks later, it's raining in Florida and snowing in Buffalo. The flight is supposed to leave at 2:53 and get to Buffalo just before 6pm, so 3 hours, right? We get on board, wait a while, and take off about 3:30 or so... I look at the map on the tv screen in front of me and our plane makes a hard right toward NYC rather than heading straight north to Buffalo...The captain tells us some piece of equipment at the Buffalo airport is broken and has been for days, coupled with such blinding weather conditions (snow/wind) that it's unsafe to attempt to land there. Buffalo: UGH. So we are diverted to JFK-NYC and deboard the plane there, waiting around for an hour or more... then we get back on the plane about 7:20pm, but don't actually leave JFK til 9pm because there are "22 planes ahead of us waiting to take off." UGH. We finally land in Buffalo after 10pm. So what should have been 3 hours took over 7 hours.

Customer service didn’t give a crap. I talked to a “supervisor” named Catherine. She got loud and mean with me, wouldn’t offer me anything but True Blue points.

What a crap airline this is! As if I want credits towards another flight!

Reasons stated for flight cancellation was “weather” and “crew timing out”. Catherine explained to me that due to weather elsewhere, the crew was past their allowable working hours and could not work anymore. Ok.....so.....CALL IN MORE CREW!!!! Oh, wait, a huge amount of JetBlue crew members were away on a JetBlue “Run the World” thing, so there was no one to call in.

My trip was ruined due to JetBlue’s negligence, and they couldn’t care less

Their favorite excuses of blaming the 'highly congested' east coast corridor, or the weather or both don't hold water on this last experience; there was no weather at all causing delays anywhere and other airlines seemed to be having no problems at all leaving on time.

Rode JetBlue last night and holy shit does it suck.Delayed my flight by three hours and than delayed it for another after the "revised" time. Seats were comfortable but so dirty and the overhead cabins were deteriorating. Screens were shitty and I somehow figured out how to turn it off. How can this be the best business class experience in America when your plane looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80s. Easily one of the worst airlines right now, but it's still better than Frontier.

They didn't give us any additional information until 3:00 a.m. and told us were were going to be taking off.

But our flight was cancelled AGAIN because two flight attendants refused to get off the plane and let the new crew on. they wanted to be paid overtime! So the pilots ran out of flight time, the flight was cancelled, and they are blaming weather not admitting it was due to the flight attendant fight. I cost me $750 to a cab to and from the airport to a hotel and a flight on Delta to Denver. DON'T FLY JET BLUE!

No matter what airline you fly, as long as it is at the same place at the same time, you WILL experience turbulence. Delays are usually issued by the airport's ATC. Again, no matter what airline you are on, as long as you are at the same airport at the same time, you will experience delay. So I'm not sure what you are complaining about.

My wife and are are sitting in the Orlando Airport after a very rude, arrogant lady, who evidently was never trained in customer service. But I guess there are some that clearly do not belong there. Although we checked in 1:30 hours before the flight was to depart, long lines and other issues kept us from getting to gate until about 13 minutes prior to departure. As we’re approaching the door, this crew begins to close the door even though they see us and hear us coming. This very rude lady asks our names and begins to berate us about being late and that we’re “making her plane” late. They struggle to find us seats, since it’s evident they already gave someone else our seats (ones we paid extra to secure). She then continued to berate us and challenge us on our tardiness. She then gives us seats in the last third part of plane. My wife tells her she’s sensitive to motion sickness and that’s why we paid extra for our seats. Idhira, the very unpleasant lady, hands us the boarding passes, still arguing, and my wife begins to explain the reason she needs to be closer to the front. She kept asking my wife if she was going to get sick and my wife said she may. Long story, as we're now allowed to board plane and begin to go down the jet bridge, my wife is now arguing with the lady because of the hassle, inconvenience and treatment. We’re walking and the lady yellls to us to get out because now we’re arguing with her and she’s doing us a favor by letting us board, when we’re not supposed to because we were late. At this time we’re out of the jet bridge and she starts saying that she cannot let us travel because my wife said she’s going to get sick. Needless to say, we have never, ever been not allowed on a plane because we were there within 15 minutes from departure. Furthermore, we have never experienced such unprofessional and rude treatment from an airline staff member. What’s more Idhira was cocky and arrogant, and she could care less what we said or how this would impact our trip, appointments and rest of our tight schedule in our destination. Jet Blue has decreased significantly in service and many other areas. When they first came on the scene, they were a real competitor to other leading airlines. They’ve become just another airline to avoid. Terrible, simply terrible.

Forget Jetblue as your corporate carrier - we are a sizable US based advisory business and we cannot get consistent travel receipts from them. Our controllers hate dealing with them. There's a 48 hour turnaround time on requests. Some of them come back with "Oops we are unable to process your request at this time". Initial transactions often dont trigger a receipt email. We need these to bill back to clients.

Worst, customer service (once you locate their well hidden phone number) are snippy. Literally one representative told me "Most other businesses dont automatically offer a receipt, you would have to request that..." Sorry missy but your 100% wrong there - good luck with that attitude and level of obtuseness.

Bottom line - JetBlue is not a business friendly airline and to anyone considering using them - go with Southwest, heck even United or American. Jetblue truly could not care less.

Goodbye Jetblue - no more business from us.

Ok so once in a while delays. ... But no, this is standard - flight home, same thing but we had already gotten to the airport.. at the counter asked the agent to switch to the earliest available - he said there were 11 seats ... and the next moment said “oh no, you lost those” ... so we asked to stay on the first and he said “sorry, I had already given those up.” Leaving us with NO flight until like 5 hours later! Standard JetBlue Service.. he then had the audacity to say “that’s why you should never ask to switch flights”. Amazing. Called customer service - they said they’d give us the $ back for those flights - in 5-7 days. Thanks bunches - the new tix with another airline last minute cost twice that.

I purchased a $64 flight out of DC using points. The rep on the phone (because you can make a reservation on the app but can't cancel on it, real convenient) tells me I have to pay $75 fee to get my $64 worth of points back. Lol! I guess they think their customers are idiots. Oh well, if they need money that bad then they can get it from someone else. I won't use them again. I'll stick to Southwest and Delta where I'm treated like a professional.

Worst experience. Flying to Lima with my 5 year old son, connecting through Fort Lauderdale. Booked my tickets 2.5 months before trip. Get to Newark airport at 11. Have a three hour layover before my flight to Peru. Then flight delayed over for hours due to weather, even though weather was perfectly clear all down the east coast. I miss my connecting flight. They can’t get me on another flight until two days later and they say they don’t reimburse for hotels if it’s weather related. Absolutely worst experience ever. I called customer service and escalated as high as I could. Stuck in Florida with expenses to be incurred due to the inconvenience and expenses at my destination. I am so angry, there are absolutely no rights for the customer. Never flying Jet Blue again.

Flight canceled out of Boston to Detroit on Friday. Claiming weather in DTW, othe airlines over the same routes on schedule. Rebooked for Sunday afternoon(2 days later). Waited in line to talk to someone for over two hours only to be greeted with a surly attitude with little to no help. The staff in Boston clearly has contempt for their customers. They need a culture change. In my experience this thing always comes down from the top. Never Again will I or anyone in my company fly on JetBlue if I have anything to say about it.

So she had to put me on hold for another 30 minutes to talk with a manager. When she go back to me she said sorry all flights were cancelled on January 12. I pleaded I have an elderly parent that needed me. No go not even any sympathy. I call American Airlines and got a new flight in about 10 minutes for that date. Last time for micro budget airlines for me. They really are Jet BLUE.

They got me again!!!! Last time I flew them I got the unexplained mechanical delays that was converted to crew timing out that was converted to no aircraft. Stuck me for a 12 hour delay. I swore I would never fly them again.

Six weeks later I am trying it again and they have just been giving us the mechanical issue again. I can see the plane from window. See no maintenance trucks, nobody getting off/on or crawling around.

It's my fault. Only a fool fails learn from past mistakes.

I checked my bag at 6:05 a.m. for a 7:35 a.m. flight and it was not put on the plane. I was told at the destination of the fight that "the TSA was backed up." If so why did all the other passengers on this full flight get their bags, which were very probably checked well after an hour and a half before the flight. The flight landed at 11:30 a.m. local time (an hour earlier that departure city time) and it is now 9:00 p.m. and I do not have my bag. It arrived at destination airport at about 5:30 p.m. and a very nasty Jet Blue rep told me that it would be delivered to my hotel by 7:30. The email from the delivery service reported that it will be delivered by 1:00 a.m. tomorrow. I will not fly Jet Blue again if only because they misrepresent the truth, or to put it plainly, they lie.

Two infants with us and they refuse to offer a hotel credit, but want the kids to sleep at airport. Took cab to Newark instead to catch the 9pm down to PBI and it is now midnight and they have used the following excuses so far, bad weather, staff problems, mechanical, and air traffic control. Kids now out of diapers and formula and they are no help. Guy at "help" center literally walked away from his terminal and never returned leaving about 50 people in line. 2 jet blue staff fixing the damn ribbons to keep people in line, but one idiot actually trying to work. And don't get me started with the check in process with 3 idiots looking at the same screen helping 1 person. Incompetence sums it up

Jet Blue sux. Wife scheduled Newark to Orlando August 2. Flight delayed 2 hours then cancelled no comp rescheduled morning Aug 5. Now that flight cancelled. Rescheduled to Tampa extra 3 hour drive for me each way assuming this flight is not cancelled. Never ever again fly Jet Blue

Flight 127 Newark to Orlando, delayed 3 + Hours and climbing. Greyhound is a better alternative than this. They are giving no updates and will not give any indication why the flight is delayed....

Flight 127 Newark to Orlando, delayed 3 + Hours and climbing. Greyhound is a better alternative than this. They are giving no updates and will not give any indication why the flight is delayed. Weather is perfect in Newark and likewise in Orlando. Dare I say bring back PeoplesExpress? Jet Blue is more like Jet Glue as we sit stuck in Newark. Someone should call the Newark Fire Department because the capacity is well exceeded the legal limit in Terminal A. To add insult to injury the staff has told me we are flying on a modified Airbus A320-200. I inquired what they meant by modified I was told the plane was recently painted, you can't tell where the old wing ends and the new wing begins.

My flight was delayed for over 3 hours. The excuse...weather. It is beautiful here and at Newark. This is the second time in a month that I have had this issue with Jet blue. Bye bye jet blue. Never...

Strike 1: In February 2017 my flight to Chicago was delayed 4 hours. When it became clear I was going to miss a show that started at 11pm Central I walked away. Out of pocket cost to me $425...

Strike 1: In February 2017 my flight to Chicago was delayed 4 hours. When it became clear I was going to miss a show that started at 11pm Central I walked away. Out of pocket cost to me $425 (flights, hotel, tickets). Your reason? "A flight crew that was held up". Nice. Kudos to the women at the gate. Really nice person.

Strike 2: Flight 1332 from Laguardia to Boston was canceled because you downsized a plane. You suggested a flight the next morning which was not possible as I needed to be in Boston that evening to let my dog out. Took the Acela. Cost to me $159 + 1/2 the air fair (still on hold trying to get this back - 56 minutes and counting trying to get this resolved)

Strike 3: I arrived at the gate at Boston 40 minutes before departure on Wednesday 8/2/2017. Two attendants were joking around at the gate between themselves. I don't have a problem with that. I timidly asked them if the flight was boarding yet. They glared at me like I'd interrupted their good time and with some bother in their voice said "wait 10 minutes". Sorry to disrupt your good time.

I'm done with JetBlue. You've lost your mojo!

What happened to that wonderful airline if many many years ago? Looking around at a few other monitors I can see that several more jet blue flights are delayed....sucks. I've been flying them since their inception but now I am totally disgusted with them.

Two weeks in a row JetBlue blows… From Nantucket back to Boston on both Friday nights they delay for hours on end and then eventually cancel the flight leaving my daughter stuck there two weekends in a row and unable to get back to her job in Boston although they did offer $100 in-flight credit how does it nearly cover the time wasted the wages lost the frustration and all the other expenses that come along with having to rework your plans. How they did it two weeks in a row is beyond me !! 😡 Not sure what kind of crap planes the running but it doesn't sound very good or safe !

I'm here in SJU airport with my family. Our flight to JFK was supposed to depart at 4:06pm flight delayed to 5:35, 30mins pass, flight status board update delayed yet again to 6:40 unbelievable!!! When I inquired about the delayed I was told that that they were waiting for a flight crew that was already delayed and this causes a domino affect which I personally think is partial BS because this is happening way too often. But they do compensate if you call them up and whine they'll give you a voucher but all in all this is how airlines go bankrupt many unsatisfied customers
